Please review the following terms and conditions for Progressive, Single Vision, and Bifocal lenses featuring our premium anti-reflective coatings.

  1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty protects against manufacturing defects, coating issues, and performance failures under normal use. Coverage includes:

  • Progressive Lenses:
    • 30-day non-adaptation or fitting guarantee.
    • 12-month warranty for coating defects, including peeling or crazing.
  • Single Vision Lenses:
    • 12-month warranty for coating defects, including peeling or crazing.
  • Bifocal Lenses:
    • 12-month warranty for coating durability and workmanship defects.

  1. Coating and Surface Durability Guarantee

Our lenses feature advanced anti-reflective coatings for enhanced clarity and durability. The warranty includes:

  • Protection against peeling, cracking, or crazing under normal conditions.
  • Coverage for anti-reflective coating performance degradation caused by manufacturing defects.

  1. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, chips, or surface damage caused by improper cleaning, mishandling, or impact.
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, heat, or extreme environmental conditions.
  • Lenses altered, repaired, or handled outside of the recommended care guidelines.

  1. Replacement Policy

If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed:

  • Progressive Lenses: A one-time replacement or redesign within the adaptation period.
  • Single Vision and Bifocal Lenses: Replacement lenses will be provided for verified manufacturing defects.

  1. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim:

  • Provide the original Warranty Card or the Serial Number along with the defective lenses at the retailer or optical shop where the purchase was made.
  • Ensure the lenses are cared for as per SWISSCOAT maintenance guidelines.
  • Allow up to 14 ~ 21 business days for verification and replacement processing.

  1. Care Guidelines

To maintain your lenses and ensure warranty validity:

  • Use only recommended cleaning solutions and microfiber cloths.
  • Avoid using abrasive materials or household cleaners.
  • Store your glasses in a protective case when not in use.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is an extension of customer service and does not override any statutory rights.
